We are seeking a Community Relations Director to assist us in building strong community relationships.
The Community Relations Director is responsible to maintain and grow occupancy and the wait list.
This position encompasses sales and marketing, collateral, events and outreach efforts, and scheduling and conducting tours.
We offer:
$5000 Signing bonus vacation and sick pay Retirement match additional shift pay for evenings and weekends.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or appropriate field or equivalent relevant experience.
Five years experience in sales, in a leadership or management role.
Experience establishing and implementing sales and marketing program with measurable positive results.
Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License.
Skilled with computer software for managing an effective sale lead-tracking program and tracking and reporting performance metrics.
Skilled at working with people through listening, understanding needs, motivations and family dynamics and effectively communicating the mission and services of WBSC.
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, creativity and self-motivation.
Experience in marketing for senior living is preferred.
A genuine desire to serve older people and a caring attitude toward them is essential.
Excellent communication skills encompassing writing, reading, speaking, editing, and presentation skills with proficiency in the English language.
Persuasive, excellent negotiation and closing skills in the sales cycle.
Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
