50 an hour Josephine Caring Community is hiring for a Skilled Maintenance Worker with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality, school, healthcare, apartment or similar setting.
The schedule for this full-time, day shift position includes rotating days with occasional afterhours emergency call-ins.
Core hours are between 7am and 3:
30pm.
The campus building is nearly 150,000 square feet and busy, so work demand is steady.
Assigned responsibilities include:
Perform building and equipment repairs & maintenance.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and routine facility rounds.
Conduct routine tests and inspections on various facility systems.
Maintain facility fleet including vehicles and lawn equipment.
Complete general interior and exterior maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, building of structures and offer recommendations for building improvements.
Provide facility security services.
A Washington State Driver License in good standing is required.
Skills include emphasis on efficiency, attention to detail, ability to work independently and self-motivation.
