Teen Program Lead

Position
Summary:
Create a safe, culturally appropriate and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures.
Provide direction for the program and staff.
May create staff schedules and provide department administrative support as needed.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Supervise the participants and all activities Maintain effective relationships with participants, members, and staff Design and implement culturally responsive activity plans Provide department administrative support, maintain required program records Maintain program site and equipment Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum age 18 Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills Ability to coach and lead staff Basic computer skills/knowledge required Fluency in second language desired Y Culture:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
