We are looking for candidates that will help us provide excellent care to our patients and promote the growth of our practice.
Your duties will include:
Assist the Doctor with office management duties Assisting patients with financial options for treatment and overseeing accounts receivables Having the primary responsibility for the insurance billing and collections for the office Helping Patients understand recommended treatment, allowing for well informed decisions.
Overseeing the complete cycle of clinical diagnosis to a patient with a clear financial agreement to pay for treatment Assist with patient inquiries, insurance questions, and facilitate with general front office duties Helping to maintain a productive and efficient schedule, Helping to keep the office running smoothly by making sure patients arrive on time for their appointments 2023 Hours:
