We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our experienced and professional staff.
The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, including excellent phone etiquette, a strong ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and a willingness to work with confined space.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer's questions in a timely manner.
Make a recommendation to a customer.
Respond to questions via email and telephone.
Answer phone calls from customers.
Decide what products are appropriate for various customers.
Connect customers to the appropriate departments within the company.
Work with customers one-on-one.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
