Direct Care:
Medication/treatment administration with assessment and care planning using the nursing process in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
Admission Nurse:
Resident intake, evaluation and care planning.
Nurses work closely with medical directors, physical/occupation/speech therapists, spiritual care, social workers, activity staff, nursing assistants, registered dieticians and pharmacists to deliver holistic care.
